    Katherine Brennan to take up new role on June 1 NYSE-listed Marsh McLennan has appointed Katherine Brennan as general counsel of Marsh, effective June 1. The company operates through four main businesses: Marsh, Guy Carpenter, Mercer and Oliver Wyman. Marsh focuses on data-based risk advisory services and insurance for commercial and consumer clients.     Jodi Robin joined the company in 2010 Nasdaq-listed TriMas has appointed Jodi Robin as its general counsel. She reports directly to company president and CEO Thomas Amato. Robin joined TriMas in 2010 as associate general counsel and was appointed deputy general counsel in 2014.
