    Tech company splits legal and strategy positions Nasdaq-listed tech company NetApp has promoted Elizabeth O’Callahan to the position of chief legal officer and general counsel. She was previously senior vice president and general counsel, reporting to Matt Fawcett in his role as chief strategy and legal officer.
