Nichole Tennyson joined the company last year Starbucks Coffee Company has hired Brad Lerman as executive vice president and general counsel. He is now also part of the executive leadership team and reports to CEO Laxman Narasimhan. Lerman most recently was senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary of Medtronic. Brad Lerman joins from Medtronic Daimler Truck North America (DTNA) has promoted Nichole Tennyson to the newly created role of chief legal officer (CLO). The move expands on Tennyson’s previous role as general counsel. As CLO, she now leads a team across North America and is responsible for all legal and compliance matters, corporate audit and external affairs.
