Dougherty will then succeed Taras Szmagala Jr as executive vice president and chief legal officer (CLO) when he retires on April 4, 2025. Patrick Donnelly has been with the radio company for almost 27 years Patrick Donnelly, SiriusXM Radio’s executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary, intends to retire in early 2025, according to an SEC filing by the radio company. The filing states that to help with the transition, Donnelly will continue to be a full-time employee until April 4, 2025, after which he will become a part-time employee through December 31, 2025.
