    Colette Honorable is taking on a larger role at the utility company Colette Honorable is taking on an expanded role at Exelon Corp as its next chief legal officer (CLO) and corporate secretary. Honorable is at present executive vice president for public policy and chief external affairs officer for the company. She will continue leading Exelon’s public policy, legislative and regulatory affairs and corporate-giving work.     Alyssa Harvey Dawson’s career includes legal roles at Netflix and eBay HubSpot’s chief legal officer (CLO) Alyssa Harvey Dawson will step down effective December 31, according to an SEC filing. She has agreed to continue as an employee in a transitional role through March 1, 2025. A HubSpot spokesperson says an executive search for Harvey Dawson’s successor is underway. ‘We are incredibly grateful for Alyssa’s contributions over the past two years and wish her all the best in her future endeavors,’ the spokesperson says in a statement.
